Raka Saxena is currently working as a Principal Scientist at ICAR-National Institute for Agricultural Economics and Policy Research (NIAP), New Delhi, India. Her research interest lies in the areas of Agricultural Economics, Food Science, Animal Science, and Agricultural Trade. She has got research experience of more than 15 years and has published more than 50 research papers in leading journals of national and international repute. She has also published 8 policy papers/briefs/working papers and more than 20 book chapters.

Thierry is an agricultural economist by training, a development expert by experience. Over the past 4 years, he has worked extensively on climate change and green economy related matters. In 2002, he joined the International Cooperation Center for Agronomic Research and Development (CIRAD) and was seconded to the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI), a French think-tank. There, he initiated and then led its Foreign Aid Policy Program.
