In this position, he has been providing support to member states in strengthening their regulatory systems and has also acted as secretariat for SEARN, the South-East Asia Regulatory Network. Before joining WHO, he worked on regulatory processes, compassionate use, clinical trials, and marketing authorizations for the UK and French medicines agencies. His last position was representing France in the EMA’s pharmacovigilance committee, the PRAC.
