This video presents the second series of UNICEF and ADB's distance learning reach and effectiveness in South Asia during school closures.

This guidance is intended to be used by anyone who is considering monitoring the reach and effectiveness of distance learning modalities, including technology-facilitated and blended learning modalities, through surveys of parents/caregivers, children/students and/or teachers.

This guidance provides key considerations and recommendations for government policymakers and education staff of national and international organizations involved in the education response during school closures, ensuring continuity of learning for all children and youth.
