Sherwin Pu is currently the Head of Business Development Team within ADB's PSOD, which includes ADB Ventures Facility. He has 20+ years in investment banking, private equity, structured financing; and led dozens of landmark debt/equity finances covering a wide range of sectors - renewable energy, sustainable transportation, environmental protection, healthcare, modern agriculture and logistics. Having served in ADB for more than 15 years, his professional experience is pan-Asia Pacific.

Luke Fochtman is part of the Procurement Team at the Asian Development Bank, where he provides procurement oversight for multi-sector projects in the South Caucasus. He has more than 17 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and program management working in aid & development and defense industries in various locations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Fochtman holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird (USA) and BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University (USA). He is currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Juliana is the Head of Development & Program of Putera Sampoerna Foundation-School Development Outreach. Prior to that, she served as a teacher and Head of Curriculum in some schools in Indonesia for 10 years. She engaged with a hundred of teachers and schools in outreach areas, providing consultancy and workshops at all levels of education and in the community, including local governments, for improved learning for all students. She led the development of three flagship programs: Lighthouse School Program, Teacher Learning Centre, and Guru Binar (teachers career development platform).
