Sheraz Khan

Dr. Sheraz Ahmad Khan is a seasoned public health professional with a PhD in Global Public Health from the University of Edinburgh and extensive experience in health systems, financing, and policy. He has served in various leadership roles, including as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Health Services Academy, Islamabad, and contributed to key projects with the Asian Development Bank and GIZ. Dr.

Soulyvanh Keokinnaly

Soulyvanh Keokinnaly is the Chief of the Hospital Pharmacy Management Division, responsible for ensuring the availability of high-quality, safe, and effective essential medicines in health facilities at all levels. His role includes promoting the rational use of medicines and monitoring drug safety surveillance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Health Sciences, Lao PDR (2015), a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (2003), and a Diploma in Assistance Pharmacy (1993).

Pattreya Pokhagul

Ms. Pattreya Pokhagul is a senior professional pharmacist at the Health Product Vigilance Center, Strategy and Planning Division, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand.

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Economics, and a Master of Pharmacy in Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy. She is a Board Member of the College of Pharmaceutical and Health Consumer Protection of Thailand and a Fellow of the Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations College of Pharmacy.

Kyi Thar

Dr. Kyi Thar is a medical doctor, public health and pharmacovigilance expert. He has extensive working experience as a consultant for ADB over eight years in various health projects. Previously, he was a Technical Officer for surveillance and epidemiology at the WHO SEARO and the WHO DPR Korea. He was assigned as a Public Health Expert for UNOPS and Technical Director for the Malaria Consortium and Community Partners International. He also served as the Assistant Director for the Ministry of Health in Myanmar.
