Tomoaki Kawabata is Unit Head, Project Administration at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), currently overseeing the implementation of infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia. He has over 18 years of experience in infrastructure development and finance. Since joining ADB in 2012, he has worked across South Asia, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia. Prior to ADB, he held positions in an investment bank and an engineering consulting firm.

Sin Wai “Angel” Chong joined ADB in 2018 and currently serves as a Transport Specialist. She has been involved in transport infrastructure projects across South Asia and Southeast Asia, and acts as the sector focal point for Nepal and Bhutan.
