Dr. Orathai is an experienced Program Development Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She is skilled in Linguistics, Science, Public Speaking, Curriculum Development, and Biology. Strong community and social services professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from The University of Mississippi.

Christina Chun-Ling HO has been a Senior Specialist of TEPA since 1993. She led the effort to enact the Basic Environmental Law in Dec. 2002. This has become instrumental for the Green Transformation of her country through the successful execution of the Waste Management & Resource Recycling Program.

Since 2017, Ms. Ho has put much effort into the circular economy and helped build TCE100 by integrating plastics, WEEE, construction & demolition waste, and solar panel resource industrial supply chains.

Viganda Varabuntoonvit is an assistant professor at the Chemical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, Thailand. Her areas of specialization and research include life cycle assessment, energy efficiency, energy and carbon intensity, energy management system, carbon footprint, water footprint, and SDGs. Diane Archer is a Senior Research Fellow with SEI. Diane joined SEI Asia in September 2018 as Urban Research Fellow, working on the City Health and Wellbeing Initiative. She also works on urban climate resilience and other initiatives seeking to achieve more equitable and sustainable cities.

Diane brings expertise on urban poverty and urban community-led development, with an emphasis on achieving inclusive urban governance in cities of Asia and Africa. She has also previously worked on responses to urban humanitarian crises as well as adaptation to climate change in cities.

Yoonhee has decades of finance policymaking experience in the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) and the Financial Services Commission (FSC), financial sector development with a focus on inclusive finance. 
Some highlights of her career and experience include:
- Promoting SME finance by introducing Technology Finance and establishing two overseas project finance funds in 2013-2015.
- Providing microfinance, establishing the Non-Performing Loan Purchasing Fund, and drafting the Consumer Credit Bill in 2019-2021.
