Ekaterina is the founder of Svetoch, a private school in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan that recognizes the potential in every child. She holds a bachelor's degree from Kyrgyz Slavic University and a master’s degree from University of Strasbourg, France. 

Tatiana has 20 years’ experience in pedagogy. She is the head of Bilimkana European School and Bilimkana Chinese School. She is also the director of the Olympiada Bilimkan project. She is a graduate of the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (North Carolina, Boone) and the E-Teacher Scholarship Program (University of Maryland Baltimore County). She completed her postgraduate studies at BHU with a degree in Comparative Linguistics.

Dikambaev is also the chairman of the board of Kyrgyzstan Gazprom School. He has a master’s degree in public policy from the Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Japan. 

Elena is a teacher-trainer for English. She helps the rollout of the Critical Thinking for English Language Teaching Curriculum.  

Anara is a trainer of the “Reading and Writing for the Development of Critical Thinking” and “Step by Step” programs. She co-developed the academic and methodological complexes for a few state programs

Elizabeth develops mentoring materials and teaches in the graduate teaching program of the American University of Central Asia. Prior to this, she has taught in US, Guatemala, and Kyrgyzstan, including seven years as a K-12 administrator.  She holds a master’s degree in teaching reading and writing.

Tokombaeva is the director of Economics and Law College in Kara-Balta. She is a founder of three educational institutions. 

Zharkyn is the head of Quality Assurance Office of  International University of Central Asia. Prior to this, she worked for the National State University and American University of Central Asia. She also provided consultancy work for World Bank education projects.  She holds a doctorate degree from Moscow Institute of Word Literature

Zaripa has been with Osh State University since 2007. Aside from teaching, she served the university in various roles including career centre director and dean assistant for international relations.

Sarieva has been with Issyk-Kul State University since 2006, teaching biology and biotechnology courses. She holds a PhD in biology. Her research areas include innovative or distant methods and STEM technology of teaching.
