Civil legislation defines the legal status of participants in civil commerce, the grounds for emergence and procedure of property rights and other proprietary rights, rights to results of intellectual activity and equated means of individualization (intellectual property), regulates the contractual and other obligations, as well as other property and related moral relations with them. For the family, housing, labor relations and relations on the use of natural resources and environmental protection, meets the criteria specified in the first paragraph of paragraph 1 of this Article, the civil law applies in cases where these relationships are not governed according to family, housing, labor law and legislation the use of natural resources and environmental protection. Features of relations in the field of Islamic principles of banking and financing are regulated by other laws. The relations in the field of Islamic principles of banking and financing of this Code apply to the extent not regulated by other laws.
