The present Law regulates the legal relations between the authorities and natural and legal persons in the sphere of development, testing and official expertise, standardization, registration, production, packing, marking and labeling, transportation, use, export and import, processing, rendering harmless, placing, limitation, prohibition and elimination of hazardous chemical substances as well as the rules of state and department supervision over them.
