Public services are at the heart of people’s lives. Conducting risk assessments is the key to identifying governance bottlenecks and corresponding mitigation measures to ensure that no one is left behind in accessing public services. The involvement of people and local communities in the design, delivery, and monitoring of public services does not only bring several benefits but also increases the reach and quality of the services being delivered.
