Scott Countryman, Executive Director of the Coral Triangle Conservancy, talked about his experience in Nasugbu, Batangas growing artificial reefs, and how this complements offshore energy development, aquaculture, and ecotourism. Mr. Countryman presented business cases using the oceans' abundant energy, in line with ADB's Action Plan on Healthy Oceans and Sustainable Blue Economies.
