Why Don’t We Do It on The Road? The Value of Communication in a Rural Roads Project
ADB’s Rural Roads Improvement Project in Cambodia, with support from its Gender and Development Cooperation Fund, used different communication techniques to help meet objectives on women's employment, change contractor perceptions on women's ability to do road work, and support ministry efforts to meet gender targets.
