Amparo MuÑoz

Dr. Amparo M. Muñoz is an educational leader whose expertise centers on teacher quality, people development, and transformational leadership. She was a co-proponent of the training for GURO 21 Course1, a flagship project of the Provincial Government of Tarlac that helped capacitate public school teachers. The project was conceived through the Excellence on School Leadership (EOSL) program of SEAMEO Innotech Philippines, where she is also an attached Flexible Learning Tutor.

Bhim Prasad Paneru

Bhim Prasad is the current Training Chief at Education Training Centre, Provincial Office, Sudurpaschim Province, Dipayal, Doti, Nepal. 

He has a Master's Degree in Health Education. 

He had the opportunity to participate in training and professional conferences organized by other INGOs/NGOs inside and outside the country.

He also conducted various training for Education Officers, Education Assistants, Resource Persons/Teachers, Headteachers, Teachers, and other professionals.

Wetlands, of all ecosystems, are arguably under most significant threat, and where degradation is estimated at 85% (IPBES, 2000). One of the most important ways to address degradation is to ensure highly-developed and functioning systems and projects at the local level, all of which rely on strong capacities. The Ramsar Regional Centre-East Asia and its partners are looking at this crucial element, ensuring consistent delivery of training support, building of a pool of experts, and resource mobilization, among other interventions.
