Barry Charles Peddle

He is a former Australian TAFE CEO who led the country’s largest TAFE Institute with over 78,000 students and 4,500 staff. He was also a founding Director of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCAP) and Chair of the Australian TAFE Directors Association (TDA). In those capacities, he was actively involved in leading the ongoing TVET reforms in Australia for over 20 years including restructuring the NSW state TAFE system.

Johannes Karl Schmees

Currently, He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Section for Vocational Teacher Education, School Development, and Educational Leadership in the Department of Teacher Education of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. Before his current position, he was working as a Lecturer at the Department of Vocational Education and Training at Osnabrück University, Germany. His research focus lies in international and international comparative research in vocational education and training (VET).

Leotes brings strong expertise in the areas of education, digital learning, early childhood development (ECD), M&E, communications, knowledge management, partnerships building, education sector planning and coordination, systems building, and capacity development support to countries.
