Mr. Xu serves in the ADB education practice team as a member of the expert pool in the area of Education Technology. Jeffrey covers ADB’s engagement in education-related projects with DMCs, particularly using ICT and education technology to promote education equity, improve efficiency, and efficacy in teaching and learning.

Elizabeth Kate Switaj has worked at the College of the Marshall Islands in the Central Pacific since 2013. She holds a PhD in English from Queen’s University Belfast, an MFA in Poetics & Creative Writing from New College of California, a BA from The Evergreen State College, and an AAS from Bellevue College

Haani is EdTech Hub’s Asia Lead and Digital Personalised Learning Lead, overseeing the Hub’s portfolios across Asia and the Middle East. Her technical expertise is on EIE and developing digital strategies for edu. Prior to joining EdTech Hub, she was a strategy consultant supporting low-resource tech implementation in South Asia and East Africa, and as an EdTech instructional designer. She holds a BA from the School of Oriental and African Studies and an MSc from the London School of Economics.

Angela Chen-Delantar is a Southeast Asia–based education entrepreneur and VP at the Wadhwani Foundation, leading efforts to upskill one million Filipinos by 2030. She co-founded Eskwelabs, delivering 500,000 hours of data and digital learning. A Forbes 30 Under 30 and Acumen Fellow with a finance background, she is completing her Master’s in Education at Harvard
