Lynnette joined ADB in August 2015. Her current portfolio includes preparation and implementation of education projects and provision of technical assistance support in Cambodia, the Philippines and Indonesia. She has more than 30 years experience in development work, especially in human development (education, health, social protection), poverty issues, rural development.

Uzma Hoque

Uzma leads overall coordination, management and operational support to different sector divisions to integrate gender considerations in the department's overall programs and projects. Prior to joining ADB, Ms. Hoque spent 15 years working on women’ rights and economic empowerment, child protection in emergencies, health and HIV/AIDS, and development communication with various UN organizations in Myanmar, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Viet Nam, Indonesia, and the Pacific Islands.
