Edward Little

Mr. Little is Counsellor, Social & Transport Infrastructure at the Australian High Commission in Port Moresby. His portfolio includes activities across transport and social infrastructure sectors, including the Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP), and the Incentive Fund.

Previously, Mr. Little has worked across the Australian Government’s infrastructure financing in the Pacific, and Australia’s domestic infrastructure policy and regulation.

Claire Charamnac

Claire Charamnac is a Social Development Specialist (Gender and Development) in the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department at the Asian Development Bank. In this role she focuses on gender and transport, health and water and urban development.

She has over a decade of experience in gender mainstreaming and implementing programs with a focus on women and girls. Prior to joining ADB, she worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the World Bank Group and Catholic Relief Services.

Rajeev Tyagi

Senior Railway officer Shri Rajeev Tyagi assumed charge as Director (Project) of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited on 10th May.

An IRSE official of 1989 batch, Rajeev Tyagi started his career as an Assistant Engineer at Katni (East), Madhya Pradesh and worked in areas of Track Modernisation. He has held multiple posts since then in Mumbai suburban system of Central Railway. He was instrumental in introducing various Track Machines in suburban system and also good maintenance practices.
