Apisai Ketenilagi

Mr. Apisai Ketenilagi serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji Roads Authority, where he leads national programs in road infrastructure development, capital investment, and maintenance. A civil engineer by profession, he brings over 30 years of expertise in planning, design, construction, supervision, and asset management of transport infrastructure across Fiji. 

Abdul Wohab

Brigadier General (Retired) Mohammad Abdul Wohab, NDC, P Eng is a distinguished leader with a rich background in military career and in civil engineering. With a career spanning over several decades, he has garnered extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and infrastructure development. 

Tomoaki Kawabata

Tomoaki Kawabata is Unit Head, Project Administration at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), currently overseeing the implementation of infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia. He has over 18 years of experience in infrastructure development and finance. Since joining ADB in 2012, he has worked across South Asia, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia. Prior to ADB, he held positions in an investment bank and an engineering consulting firm.

Edward Little

Mr. Little is Counsellor, Social & Transport Infrastructure at the Australian High Commission in Port Moresby. His portfolio includes activities across transport and social infrastructure sectors, including the Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP), and the Incentive Fund.

Previously, Mr. Little has worked across the Australian Government’s infrastructure financing in the Pacific, and Australia’s domestic infrastructure policy and regulation.
