The First INSPIRE Health Forum is ADB’s flagship event to spark innovation and drive the transformation of health systems in Asia and the Pacific. With a strong track record of supporting its developing member countries, ADB has been instrumental in strengthening healthcare systems, particularly in response to pandemics and climate challenges.

Helena Hulsman

Helena Hulsman is a specialist in the field of Nature Based Solutions at Deltares, working on developing, implementing and evaluating Nature Based Solutions to contribute to (urban) climate resilience. With a background in Biology and Environment & Resources Management, and extensive experience in both integrated water resources management and infrastructure development projects in Europe and Asia, Helena aims to co-develop sustainable, cost-effective and technically sound solutions, optimally embedded in the local urban context.

Tyrrell Duncan

Tyrrell Duncan has over 30 years of experience in international development. As a technical advisor of ADB’s Transport Sector Group, he previously led the bank’s work on transport, which accounts for about a third of ADB lending. Previously he was transport director for East Asia, and bank-wide practice leader responsible for formulating ADB’s sector strategy for transport, the Sustainable Transport Initiative. He has degrees in economics and public policy.
