Marina is a Senior Social Development Specialist in the NGOC and Civil Society Center at ADB where she focuses on local and community-based development.  Prior to ADB, she served as Associate Vice President of Sector Operations at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and Senior Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for International Finance and Development at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  Marina began her career in development as an International Economist at the U.S.
