Irina possess nineteen years of professional experience in social development, including social impact assessment, environmental and social (E&S) safeguards policy, and impact evaluation. Irina has worked across all major sectors and modalities of development projects primarily in Central and West Asia, as well as in Eastern Europe, South and South-East Asia. Most recently, she has been the technical lead for the development of the Environmental and Social Standard 5 on Land Acquisition and Land Use Restriction as part of the prospective Environmental and Social Framework of ADB
