Shalu Agrawal

Shalu Agrawal works as a Programme Lead at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water, a not-for-profit policy think tank based in New Delhi. Her current research focuses on understanding the residential electricity use and consumption patterns in India with the help of social surveys and smart metering devices. Shalu has been associated with the Council in the past, when she led the work on sustainable approaches for solar pump deployment, besides working on fossil fuel subsidies reform, renewable energy finance, and future energy scenarios.
