Cris Ngo is the Chief Operating Officer for Learning at PHINMA Education, Southeast Asia’s largest higher education network serving 178,000 students in the Philippines and Indonesia. She leads the design and delivery of learning solutions for underserved, first-generation college students. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the PHINMA Foundation. Before her current role, she was the Executive Director of PHINMA Foundation and was a classroom teacher in both private and public schools as part of the inaugural cohort of Teach for the Philippines in 2013.

Erdembileg Nemekhbaatar is a multi-skilled and results-oriented engineer with over 12 years of experience spanning the construction and education sectors, with a strong focus on the real estate and vocational training markets. He brings solid expertise in construction project management, engineering, and vocational education.

Abhishek Singh is Chief Operating officer at Learnet Skills Limited, which is a joint initiative of NSDC & Schoolnet India Ltd. He brings more than 20 years of experience in conceptualizing and implementing social infrastructure business covering education & skill development. By qualification he is Executive Post Diploma is Management from IIM(K) and completed his graduation in Industrial and Production Engineering. Currently, he is leading a multi-disciplinary 3000+ team spread across 20 States in India skilling 2 lac people annually.
