Eiko. Izawa

Ms. Izawa currently leads and manages the Project Administration Unit of the Social Sector Division of ADB’s Central and West Asia Department. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the education sector in working with JICA and eventually ADB, she was able to help expand operations for education, health care and social protection across Viet Nam, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand, People’s Republic of China, Mongolia, Timor-Leste, Sri Lanka, Belize, Mauritania, Segal, Genie, El Salvador, Bolivia, and Japan.

Suwanna Chivapruk

Ms. Chivapruk, a pediatric nurse turned educator, is the current Roong Aroon School Academic Director. She has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Waldorf Education teacher training qualification. Her educator’s career path started as a Preschool Coordinator for the Indo-Chinese Refugee Children, the Consortium (USA), Thailand. She worked as the Early Childhood Co-coordinator with Save the Children Foundation to empower a community in Thailand. In 1996, as her passion in holistic education and belief in lifelong learning grew stronger, she joined Roong Aroon School.
