Archana Walia

Dr. Archana Walia leads the implementation of the India Program and related projects of Clean Air Asia in India. Archana has over 25 years of extensive work experience, of which 15 years has been in progressive leadership roles of country director, deputy office director, senior advisor and team lead. Her experience spreads over sectors ranging from climate change, clean energy, energy efficiency and urban development.

Paul Butarbutar

In the last 15 years, Paul Butarbutar has worked in the low carbon and climate change issues, including in the implementation of GHG emission reduction projects under Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM), Verified Carbon Standard, Social Carbon, or other carbon standards in various sector, such as renewable energy and energy efficiency, waste management, industrial emission, and forestry.

A K Saxena

At TERI, A K Saxena’s profile includes managing the work on energy transitions in the India power sector to develop a roadmap for low-carbon pathways. This includes work on demand forecasting, studying economic feasibility of supply side options and technical challenges of grid integration of renewables. He also leads the work on power sector policy, reforms and regulations, demand side management action plans, smart grid, etc. 

Dechen Tsering

Dechen Tsering has held management and leadership positions with the United Nations and has over 30 years of experience in national government and intergovernmental organizations. She comes to UNEP from the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat where she served as Director of the Finance, Technology and Capacity-Building Programme. In that position, she supported international cooperation on mobilization of finance, technology development and transfer and capacity building to enable countries to take enhanced action on climate change.

Satryo Brodjonegoro

Prof. Satryo Brodjonegoro was a faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Bandung Institute of Technology for more than 30 years now.  In April 2018 he was appointed as Special Advisor to Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. And since September 2020 he was a Senior Advisor of CATL - BRUNP on Project for establishment of Lithium-Ion Battery Production Factory and Recycling Center in Indonesia.
