Richard Poulter is a disaster risk finance and insurance specialist with expertise in the design and implementation of financial strategies to build resilience against the effects of natural disasters in low and middle income countries. Richard is a qualified Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries in the UK, and has been supporting PCRIC since it’s inception in 2016 with the Company’s underwriting, insurance pricing, reinsurance strategy, capital and risk management, and the development and implementation of new insurance products.
