Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s energy policy remains relevant as it continues to invest its efforts in the development of clean energy. In order to create an enabling environment for clean energy generation, ADB provides soft support by introducing new and high level technologies and promoting South-South cooperation, among others.

Pushkar Manandhar

Pushkar Manandhar leads the implementation and processing of energy infrastructure projects and technical assistance programs across Nepal, Maldives, India. His responsibilities include promoting policy reforms and sectoral measures to strengthen energy sector performance and resilience in the region. Pushkar also serves as the energy sector focal point for ADB’s operations in the Maldives.
