Justice Jawad Hassan is a judge of the Lahore High Court (Pakistan). He is an expert on public and private international law. He has been actively involved in legislative and judicial reforms on child labour, domestic workers, and environmental rights.

Mr. Steven Finizio is a partner in Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP’s international arbitration and dispute resolution group, based in London. He has been an arbitrator or counsel in cases under most leading international arbitration rules, involving the laws of jurisdictions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US, and under bilateral and regional investment treaties. He has helped draft arbitration legislation and served as counsel in the first freedom of expression case in the African Court on Human and People’s Rights.
