Guoliang brings over 25 years of leadership experience across international trade, development finance, and technology. He has spent more than 12 years with ADB, contributing to major corporate initiatives and institutional strengthening through his work on regional cooperation and integration, corporate performance and results frameworks, portfolio management, and digital initiatives across ADB’s corporate and operational systems.

Julitta Ponniah

Irene Julitta Ponniah is a Principal Financial Management Specialist in ADB, supporting operations in South Asia. She has over 25 years of experience leading and managing public financial management reforms, diagnostic studies, and financial due diligence assessments in Asia and the Pacific. 

Prior to ADB, she was Associate Director in NSW Treasury, Australia, and Financial Management Specialist in the World Bank. She is a member of ACCA (UK), CIMA (UK), and CPA Australia, and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Keele University (UK).

It introduces the Risk Assessment and Risk Management Plan (RAMP), outlining its structure and significance for project design, monitoring, and adaptation. Participants will learn how RAMP aligns with institutional safeguards and contributes to sustainable outcomes.
