Director, Portfolio Management Division, ADB Profile / Bio Guoliang brings over 25 years of leadership experience across international trade, development finance, and technology. He has spent more than 12 years with ADB, contributing to major corporate initiatives and institutional strengthening through his work on regional cooperation and integration, corporate performance and results frameworks, portfolio management, and digital initiatives across ADB’s corporate and operational systems. Before joining ADB, he served as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, where he led work on international trade policy and economic cooperation. Guoliang holds a Master’s degree in Astronautical Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control and Computer Programming.
