San Man Mu is the Principal Procurement and Contracts Specialist, bringing 25 years of diverse industry experience in training, technology, and financial services, with the last 18 years dedicated to procurement.

Sarah is a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at ADB. She currently provides strategic procurement guidance and advice to the Agriculture, Food, Nature and Rural Development Sector Group for the Central West and East Asia regions.  

Before joining ADB in Jan 2022, she worked in the procurement and legal divisions of the UN Secretariat Office in Geneva and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. As a licensed lawyer, she also worked in a civil law practice in Montreal.

Statistician working as Senior Portfolio Management Officer in the Portfolio Management Division of PPFD.

Under Rehan’s guidance, she has led the team in the development of ProcDash in 2021 with the help of an IT consultant.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Saha possesses over twenty years of experience in investment and development sectors in Bangladesh. He started his career as senior analyst at Equity Valuation Research and Distribution Limited, a merchant bank. Later he joined IDLC Finance Limited, the largest non-bank financial institution in Bangladesh, and headed corporate finance and investment banking operations. He also headed the risk analysis unit and cash management department at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Bangladesh.

Ms. Mousumi is the Senior Climate Change Officer of the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department of Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Bangladesh.
