Mr. Bongki Shin is the Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Division of the Public Procurement Service.  Before assuming this role in 2021, Mr. Shin served as Assistant Director of the Materials and Equipment Divisions of the Public Procurement Service.Mr. Shin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Electrical Computer Engineering from the National University in Korea and a Certificate in Public Sector Management from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Therese Chu is a key figure at the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering bilateral trade and investment between Germany and the Philippines. With her extensive experience in international business development, Therese is dedicated to creating valuable opportunities and partnerships for both countries.

Mr. Nurshod Saidov is a Senior Project Manager and Head of the Central Asian Hub at INTEGRATION environment & energy GmbH (German Consulting Company) with over ten years of international experience managing technical assistance (TA) and individual consultancy (IC) contracts funded by IFIs and other donors in Eastern Europe, Central, West, South, and Southeast Asia. Recognized for strong client orientation and excellent knowledge of ADB, GIZ, KfW, and WB policies and operations.

Dorothea Netz is a senior manager at Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI) in Bonn's Development Cooperation and Public Procurement division. She has 15 years of experience in international cooperation and trade promotion, focusing on sustainability and partnerships between companies and development institutions.
