Mart has over 30 years of professional work experience in public procurement and public sector management and possesses solid technical and managerial knowledge in supporting ADB operations in these areas implemented across Asia and the Pacific. Currently, she is leading procurement support for the Public Sector Management and Governance and the Finance sector operations. An important part of her current responsibilities includes policy and capacity development support for strengthening country procurement systems and using them in ADB operations.
