Fook Yen, Chong is a senior social sector specialist (skill development) working in the Asian Development Bank. He has more than 25 years of work experience in Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET). In ADB, he manages and supports TVET/Higher Education projects in India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Indonesia. As a practitioner in TVET, his expertise includes TVET strategic planning, training facility infrastructure planning, and design, TVET curriculum design and development, TVET training equipment requirement, and TVET teachers’ training.

Sr. Professor Sampath Amaratunge has been appointed as the Chairman of the University Grants Commission by His Excellency the President, Hon. Gotabaya Rajapakse, effective January 2020. Professor Amaratunge received his BA (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, MA in Economics from the University of Colombo, MSc in Economics of Rural Development from Saga National University, and Ph.D. from Kagoshima National University in Japan. He counts nearly 30 years’ service at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Dr. Kim Sung Min is an infectious disease specialist at the Department of Internal Medicine at Chungnam National University Hospital, Sejong, Republic of Korea. Recently, he published articles on various topics, including SARS-COV-2, Zika Virus, etc, and has experience in the Korean government project through the Korea International Cooperation for Infectious Diseases (KOICID).  

Stanislav is driving new partnerships and engagements with start-ups, SMEs, corporates, investors, and market entry partners, and working closely with them on technology translation, commercialization and market entry programs at EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy.

He is also leading the EcoLabs E-Learning Platform initiative where energy-related courses and know-how will be aggregated from subject-matter experts, corporate partners, and start-ups in their respective areas of expertise.
