Tom Wilms

Tom Wilms is a coastal engineer with over 10 years of involvement in various Building with Nature projects around the world and integrated, multi-disciplinary projects in the coastal zone. For this project he is the project manager at Witteveen+Bos and as such responsible for the implementation of the permeable structures in Demak District and the replication of the Building with Nature approach in Indonesia.

Simon Tilleard

Simon has extensive experience in the application of water resource management technical knowledge and skills, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. His experience covers a broad range of water resources-related technical functions including modelling, innovative research, analysis, policy development and capacity building. 

Gopal Krishna Debnath

Mr. Gopal Krishna Debnath is currently working as an Additional Chief Engineer for Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC) of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) of Bangladesh. He also serves as LGED’s focal person for Bangladesh Delta plan 2100(BDP2100). He has worked as Superintendent Engineer, planning and Design (P & D) of IWRM unit and Superintendent Engineer of planning unit of LGED.
