Mr. Gopal Krishna Debnath is currently working as an Additional Chief Engineer for Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC) of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) of Bangladesh. He also serves as LGED’s focal person for Bangladesh Delta plan 2100(BDP2100). He has worked as Superintendent Engineer, planning and Design (P & D) of IWRM unit and Superintendent Engineer of planning unit of LGED. In addition, he has worked as Project Director (PD) of 4 projects, 2 GOB and 2 JICA funded projects, and Deputy Project Director (DPD) of ADB and KfW funded project in LGED. Part of his tasks include Executive Engineer of district level and Upazilla Engineer of Upazila level.
