Reinder Brolsma

Reinder Brolsma is a specialist on urban water management at Deltares, integrating knowledge on hydrology, urban-heat islands and ecohydrology. He applies his experience to increase flood resilience and water security of urban areas, with a focus on Nature Based Climate Adaptation. He has worked on projects on sustainable drainage systems in Europe, North-America and Asia.

Wee Kean Fong

Dr. Wee Kean Fong is the Deputy China Country Director of World Resources Institute (WRI), who is also leading WRI' s China Climate and Energy Program. He has more than 20 years of professional experience on sustainability, including climate, environment, and urban development.

He is leading WRI' s corporate sustainability initiatives in China, including the Science Based Targets for Climate (SBTI), Science Based Targets for Nature, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, corporate renewable energy procurement, net-zero corporate supply chains, and others.

Bi Lei

Mr. Bilei, Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, is in charge of green, low-carbon, and circular development and the control of greenhouse gas emissions. During the past years, Mr. Bi has been working on establishing the local carbon emission trade system of Shenyang city, planning major low-carbon projects, and researching the green finance system. Mr. Bi has organized twice Shenyang Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Management International Forum in 2013 and 2016.

Tony Jun

Mr. Tony S. Jun is a Project Advisor at the Seoul Urban Solutions Agency (SUSA), an entity dedicated to sharing and providing integrated urban solutions to cities in need of Seoul’s experience to grow into smart, livable, environmentally and economically sustainable urban domains. Mr. Tony has 20 years of experience in managing global business abroad for top-tier firms and has excellent project-management

and effective administration skills. He received his MBA from the University of Seoul.
