Oliver Domagas has been with ADB’s Controller’s Department for over 17 years, handling loan, grant, and technical assistance disbursement.  He has been overseeing loan and grant disbursement for CWRD since 2023.  

Abid Ali Shah has 22 years of career with ADB in the fields of Loan Disbursement, Finance and Administration, and Risk Analytics. He is currently leading the Loan Disbursement Team of the ADB’s Pakistan Resident Mission as Unit Head.
