Aisuluu Osmonkulova has been the Head of the Complaints and Penalties Department of the Public Procurement Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for the last 4 years. Works in the Department of Public Procurement since 2015 to the present.

She has an economic and legal education (bachelor's degree). She  has a Masters degree in Public Procurement Management (Master's) from the Tor Vergata University (Italy).
