This presentation enumerates the employment challenges in the Kyrgyz Republic. It provides an overview of the country’s policies on employment and education, and international partnership agreements. The presentation also explains how partnership becomes a starting point and basis for TVET promotion, along with the challenges and lessons in receiving international assistance.

This presentation highlights issues related to the Government of the People's Republic of China (PRC)'s decision to increase investment in the water sector, particularly the development of water-saving irrigation. The government of PRC also intends to promote international cooperation through the establishment of 3 Centers of Excellence.
