Elizabeth is the Deputy Director of Blockchain Charity Foundation (BCF). Prior to BCF, Elizabeth has worked in impact investment and international development area in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America with a focus on poverty alleviation, financial inclusion, and sustainability. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University and BA in Japanese from Shanghai International Studies University.

A serial entrepreneur and payment professional, Shankar have founded a number of companies including Cazh (an Internet payment company) and Tagit (an enterprise mobility company). He has a track record in innovation, technology, operations, and product development and has worked on developing mobile banking initiatives for leading banks. Steven Landman

Steven Landman is the CEO of Vietnam-based tech company Kiu Global and also works as a technical expert at ADB's Women’s Finance Exchange. He has 36 years of experience in the tech sector around the globe. An entrepreneur and angel investor, he is also a pioneer in investing in the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem, with technological and financial insight from his home, Silicon Valley. He completed his studies at Boston University and shortly after started his career at a startup which is now called Oracle Corporation.

Tony Westaway

Tony is the CEO of MiBank in Papua New Guinea. He has a proven track record in leading change and delivering transformation in financial institutions, through the innovative use of technology. Tony is also a Director of the Centre of Excellence for Financial Inclusion in PNG, a Director of the PNG Institute of Banking & Business Management, and Chairman of Microfinance Pasifika Network. A strong advocate for financial inclusion, in 2011 Tony initiated the first Bank-led deployment of a mobile wallet in the South Pacific, with 'MiCash'.

Saad Paracha

Mr. Saad Paracha supports regional cooperation initiatives as part of Asian Development Bank’s operations covering the Central West Region that covers Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. He is the Unit Head of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) program since February 2020 and possesses good understanding of governments, issues and opportunities in transport, energy, trade, ICTs, and other sectors in Asia.

Before embarking on the entrepreneurial path, Teymoor spent 25 years as a news anchor, correspondent and producer for some of the world's foremost broadcast news operations, such as Al Jazeera, the BBC, CNBC and CNN.

Barbara-Chiara Ubaldi

Barbara-Chiara Ubaldi is the Head of the Digital Government and Data Unit in the OECD Public Governance Directorate and leads the work on the digital transformation of the public sector, based on principles of openness, efficiency and innovation. Prior to the OECD Barbara served for eight years as Programme Officer within the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. She has over 20 years of experience working on digital government, and knowledge management for economic development and growth. A Fulbright Scholar, Barbara holds a M.S.
