Marion Sagot is an Impact Evaluation Coordinator at the Development Impact (DIME) Group of the World Bank. She supports DIME’s portfolio of impact evaluation in Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea Bissau and The Gambia, with a focus on infrastructure and climate change investments. She joined the World Bank based in Senegal to support large transport infrastructure impact evaluation using innovative data systems. She holds a Master's degree in public policy and development from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Bsc in Sociology. 

Rob Marty is a Data Scientist at the Development Impact (DIME) Group at the World Bank. He supports impact evaluations of transportation investments, on topics including corridors, urban mobility, and road safety. In particular, his work focuses on leveraging innovative data sources for impact evaluations, such as satellite imagery, crowdsourced data, and private sector data sources. Prior to joining the World Bank he worked at the AidData Center for Development Policy.

Tillmann von Carnap is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Oslo. He works on the economics of remote rural areas, with a methodological focus on the use of high-frequency satellite imagery. Prior to his current position, he completed his PhD at the Institute for International Economic Studies at Stockholm University, as well as a postdoc at the Center for Food Security and the Environment at Stanford University.
