Mr. Gerald Glenn Panganiban is a licensed agriculturist and agribusiness man with extensive career experience in the implementation of sanitary and phytosanitary​ measures, rich academic experience in collaborative public management and governance, sustainability thinker, and multiplier.

Mr. Vladimir Stankovic is an experienced international relations specialist with a demonstrated 15+ years history of working with the UN system for the governments and intergovernmental organizations in New York, Belgrade, and Geneva. He has been coordinating the World Summit on the Information Society process as part of the Strategic Planning Division at the UN’s Tech Agency.

Kisa Mfalila is Lead Climate and Environment Specialist for Asia and the Pacific Region (APR) with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). She oversees the climate and environment work program in the region. Under this capacity, she is responsible for delivering sustainability outcomes in IFAD investments through the application of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Standards and build climate resilience of smallholder farmers by integrating climate adaptation in operations.
