M Sina Velioglu serves as a Senior Procurement Specialist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), currently assigned to the Philippine Country Office and the transport sector in South Asia region. He provides procurement advice, support and capacity building to ADB’s developing member countries in the region.

A K Kalesh Kumar (Kalesh), is World Bank Lead Procurement Specialist and Procurement Hub Coordinator for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand based out of Hanoi, Vietnam.

As ADB’s Representative in Japan, she is responsible for outreach to various partners and stakeholders, including government offices at the central and subnational levels, local private sector, media, academic and educational institutions, and multilateral and bilateral development agencies, helping raise ADB’s profile in Japan and explore opportunities for various collaborative activities.
