Sai Krishna serves as Financial Sector Specialist at CGAP, a Global Partnership advancing inclusive, responsible, and resilient financial ecosystems, housed at the World Bank. He also serves as CGAP's Asia Lead, spearheading member engagement, partnership development and regional representation. His research focuses on financial sector policy and regulation, including competition, consumer protection, and crisis response. He has extensive experience in microfinance, small business financing, inclusive fintech, and emerging technologies. 

Vas Withanage

Vas is currently Director of the Development Partners Engagement Section, where he is responsible for outreach and engagement with development contractors and helping ensure the contractor market DFAT operates in is vibrant and competitive. Prior to this role, Vas was director of Human and Environmental Safeguards, responsible for ensuring a risk based approach to safeguarding the development program.

Shiu joined ADB in 2014 and has led country programming, economic analysis, forecasting, finance sector technical assistance, programs, and project preparation, and implementation. He is the Pacific regional focal for finance sector operations and is keen on using technology to support financial inclusion. Before his current role, he served as ADB country team lead for Fiji, Samoa, and Vanuatu, and as country economist for Fiji, Samoa, and the Cook Islands. He has been with ADB for over ten years.
