Kirsteen Mack

Kirsteen Mack is a Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), based in Nepal Resident Mission and covering the South Asia region. 

Prior to joining ADB in 2020, Kirsteen held key roles at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Her work spanned procurement operations, policy development, and project delivery. She also served as Procurement Manager for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, where she led procurement planning and execution for a major international sporting event.

Ayushi is a Development Finance professional with extensive experience in financial inclusion. She worked extensively in microfinance, credit delivery to MSMEs, digital finance products (service delivery, credit delivery, savings, and remittances), green finance, product development, credit appraisal, promoted entrepreneurship, and easy access to credit among small businesses with a focus on rural and semi-urban women entrepreneurs.
