Ha Wei

Professor Ha Wei is the Associate Dean for Teaching, International Cooperation and Executive Training and Associate Professor of Education Policy and Management at the Graduate School of Education, Peking University. He specializes in impact evaluation of education policies in China. He received his BA and MA from Peking University and his Ph.D. from Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to joining PKU, he served as policy specialist and senior policy specialist with UNDP and UNICEF in the US and in Africa for almost seven years.

Reynaldo is the President and CEO, Mapua University and is also the Chairman, National Referencing Committee for the Philippine Qualifications Framework. He is the former Chairman, Science & Technology Committee, UNESCO National Committee for the Philippines, and also former Director of the Philippine Fulbright Commission.
