Anasthasia is the Country Manager at Nuffic Neso Indonesia. In this role, she is responsible for the management and monitoring of the Orange Knowledge Programme in Indonesia, which offers access to education and training for professionals and organizations. She brings over seven years of experience in the public and non-profit sector, and has worked extensively with students and knowledge institutions, focusing on scholarship management and experiential learning.

Peter van Tuijl is the Director of Nuffic Neso, the Netherlands Education Support Office, in Indonesia. He oversees the work of Nuffic in Southeast Asia, including the office in Vietnam, and is Nuffic's Programme Director for the European Union Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN Region project (EU-SHARE). Peter has worked for different organizations and projects in Indonesia and was Executive Director of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC).

Dr. Quat is an enthusiastic startup ecosystem builder in Vietnam. He is a member of the Executive Board of the “National Program to Support innovative startup ecosystem in Vietnam until 2025” (National Program 844).

Yunmook Nah received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University. He is currently a full professor in the Department of Computer Engineering and Dean of College of Software Convergence at Dankook University, Korea. He was a visiting scientist of IBM Watson Research Center in  1991 and a visiting scholar of the University of California, Irvine from 2001 to 2002. He is now the president of KIISE(Korean Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers).
