During the foreign exchange crisis, Professor Choi was specially appointed as a statistics officer at the Korea National Statistical Office where he was in charge of compiling employment statistics. Professor Choi also has twenty years of working experience at national research institutes, including the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training.
