Julija Kuklyte Polycarp is a Climate Change Specialist at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, where she is leading the Bank’s climate adaptation policy and strategy, as well as overseeing its adaptation investment portfolio. She is responsible for ensuring climate resilience-related assessments are incorporated into investments across various thematic priorities and sectors. Prior to joining AIIB, she worked at the Green Climate Fund conducting assessments of its public sector projects, and at the Ministry of Environment of Lithuania, managing its Special Fund for Climate Change.

Saif Anjum is the Secretary of Punjab Irrigation Department, Government of Punjab. He is responsible for overseeing and management of the irrigation system, conceptualization, planning and execution of irrigation infrastructure development works, flood protection, and management. Major achievements include rehabilitation of Balloki and Jinnah Barrages and initiation of rehabilitation works on Khanki, Sulemanki, Panjnad, Trimmu Barrages.

John Dora has thirty-nine years’ experience in managing infrastructure, including flood risk management and asset management of railway structures. He is a recognized international expert on climate change adaptation and standards, and his clients include or have included the UN, the UK Met Office, Copernicus Climate Services, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Standards Organization (ISO) and CEN/CENELEC, the European Standards’ organizations; John is ISO’s global lead for adaptation.
